Poet Joseph Fasano will be at the shop to discuss and read from his new book The Last Song of the World. There will also be a dance and music performance by Grace Altman and Perry Blosser. (Presented by Eunoia Theatre)

We’ve partnered with Blakemore’s Flowers to offer you a book club/flower arranging workshop! First we’ll discuss The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh and then create personal bouquets using the Victorian guide to flower meanings. Register HERE. (Purchase price includes a copy of the book, which can be picked up at the bookshop.)

SHOP NEWS
Our wonderful Michaela has found another job in town that utilizes her social work degree. Michaela has been indispensable this past year and we will miss her, but wish her well on her new adventure. (Plus she promises to frequent the shop and even pick up a shift here and there, so we won’t have to miss her completely.) Her last day is Friday, November 8. Come by the shop after 3:00 to wish her a fond farewell!
